When someone fills out your inquiry form
Get their details where you need them.
An inquiry could create a contact, send an acknowledgment, and add a follow up task. You can see what needs your attention without moving the information yourself.
Hi, I’m Rosie.
I help small business owners set up automations and put AI to use in their everyday work.
Maybe you’ve tried a few tools already. But getting them to work with the rest of your business takes time, and you already have plenty to do.
We can look at what you’re doing manually, figure out what would actually help, and get it set up.
Schedule a call with me
Sending the welcome email. Copying someone’s details into another app. Checking your notes to see who you need to follow up with.
You know how to do all of it. You’d just like it to take up less of your day.
You don’t need to come with a list of automations. Tell me what happens when a new inquiry comes in, a client signs up, or you finish a meeting. That gives us somewhere useful to start.
Here are a few examples of the work we could simplify, depending on the tools you use.
When someone fills out your inquiry form
An inquiry could create a contact, send an acknowledgment, and add a follow up task. You can see what needs your attention without moving the information yourself.
When a new client signs up
If you send the same email, intake form, and next steps each time, we can look at setting those up to go out when the client is ready.
When content ideas are scattered everywhere
We could collect ideas in one list and connect the steps for drafting, reviewing, and scheduling. AI can help prepare a draft, with you reviewing it before it goes out.
When the meeting ends but the admin doesn’t
Meeting notes can become a draft follow up email or a list of tasks for you to check. You still decide what gets sent and what needs doing.
These are examples, rather than a fixed package. What we build will depend on your process and what your tools can support.
We’ll agree on what needs doing before I start building. If something needs more investigation, I’ll tell you.
We’ll look at the steps you take, the tools involved, and where things get repetitive or held up. It’s fine if your current process isn’t written down.
I’ll look at what can be done with your existing tools and explain the options. We’ll agree on a scope that makes sense for your business.
I’ll test the agreed workflow and walk you through it, including what it does automatically and what still needs your attention.

I’ve been a business analyst and project manager, worked as an executive assistant for 10 years, and run my own marketing business for 7 years.
That experience comes in handy here. As a business analyst, I learned to look closely at how work gets done and where a process could be better. Project management means thinking through the steps and keeping the work moving.
And after 10 years as an executive assistant, I know how much happens behind the scenes. The follow ups, the details, and the things someone has to remember so everything else can happen.
Running my own business has given me the owner’s perspective, too. A new tool has to earn its place. It needs to help with the work you actually have, and you need to understand how to use it.
That’s what I bring to your setup. I’ll ask questions, work through the details, and help you find a practical way to make the work easier.
“She took the time to understand what we were looking for, and then got the job done.”
“I can't endorse anybody else higher than I can Rosie Osborne...”
“If you're looking for someone who is hardworking, eager to learn, and as committed to the success of your business as you are yourself, consider Rosie.”
“She is also smart, kind, hard working and super supportive of our vision and goals. She just gets it!”
No. It helps to have an example of something you keep doing manually, but you don’t need to know how to fix it. We can talk through the process together.
That’s where I’d start. I’ll check what your tools can do and whether they can connect. If we need something else, we’ll discuss it before deciding to add it.
That’s fine. You don’t need to learn all the terminology. I’ll explain the parts that matter for your workflow and show you how to use what we set up.
Some things, yes. For example, an AI written email may need your review before it’s sent. We’ll be clear about what happens automatically, what needs approval, and who will keep an eye on the workflow.
The cost depends on what we’re setting up. We’ll discuss the project scope, any software costs, the handoff, and any support you need before you decide to move ahead.
Schedule a call so we can talk about your business and what you’d like help with. If all you know is “I’m spending too much time on this,” that’s enough to start a conversation.
